The Last Boat

A Special Edition of Darkland

This October, Sail into Dark Waters

Fancy a trip to the seaside? There’s only one tour boat still running this time of year, though its staff seem a bit… peculiar.

This October, take the last boat of the season onto dark waters, where mythical islands lurk beneath the waves. If the tales are true, we may even glimpse the cursed isle of Tyrannya – but whatever you do, don’t ask to go ashore.

The islanders have tales to tell, but how much of what they say can be trusted? Stick close to your shipmates, listen carefully to the stories you’re told, but be warned. Terrible choices lie dead ahead. Did I mention the boat only leaves at night?

We went on the Darklands tour and I can’t recommend it enough! I’ve already sent some friends to this and they also had a wonderful time. All three stories were told and such a effective way, it’s exactly what I was hoping to hear when I came to Ireland.

I did both the Daytime and Darklands storytelling with some friends. They were a ton of fun! The storytellers were captivating and engaging. This is a very fun way to hear about Irish stories.

My friends and I had a fantastic experience at the Leprechaun Museum! We took the Darklands Tour at night and our storyteller was Naoise, who did an excellent job setting the mood and delivering tales. He also provided some cultural background to the stories, which gave good context and helped us better understand the tales. I highly recommend the Darklands tour and specifically Naoise as a guide!
