Gift Vouchers purchased online include postage to one address. If you would like us to send the gift vouchers to an alternate address to your own, please highlight this in the Comments/Special Requirements section of our booking form.

Terms and Conditions
- Vouchers may only be redeemed for standard tours of the museum. They may not be valid for special events that may be programmed at the museum. They will not be redeemable against any merchandise at the museum.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
- Family Gift Vouchers admit 2 adults and 2 children under 16 only.
- Single admission Gift Vouchers admit 1 adult OR 1 child.
- Gift Vouchers purchased online will be dispatched within 3 working days of order being placed and sent by standard post only.
- Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash & are non-returnable or transferable.
- We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
